(1) Government of Nepal, state government and local level will carry out the following program for unemployment assistance:-
(a)   Providing information regarding employment opportunities,
(b) To provide employment and skill training (c) Providing concessional loans for self-employment through banks and financial institutions (d)     To create self-employment,
(e) To carry out other programs as prescribed.
(2) Other arrangements related to the unemployment assistance program under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
